The Daily Sales Plan
Your business should have a way of getting customers before it needs customers.
The Daily Sales Plan is a 12-week group coaching and implementation program for small business owners who are tired of depending on random posts, referrals, walk-ins, discounts and last-minute marketing whenever sales slow down.
You will build a clearer plan around how your business gets seen, creates interest, handles enquiries, follows up and turns more of the right customer attention into sales conversations.
Then you will put that plan into practice, see what happens and improve it with coaching and support.

When sales slow down, what do you do?
Post more.
Boost something.
Run a discount.
Message old customers.
Wait for referrals.
Hope walk-ins come.
None of those things are necessarily wrong. The problem is when that is the plan.
Many business owners only become serious about marketing when sales are already slow. Then every action carries pressure. You are not just posting, boosting or following up. You are trying to rescue the month.
The relief comes from realising the problem is not that you are lazy or unserious. The problem is that the business may not yet have a clear way of creating customer opportunities before the pressure starts.
"I need more customers" does not tell you what is actually wrong.
Two business owners can both say "I need more customers" and be dealing with completely different problems.
- Not enough potential customers are seeing the offer.
- The wrong people are seeing it.
- People are interested but the offer is unclear.
- People enquire but disappear after asking the price.
- Good prospects are not being followed up.
- Marketing activity is happening but nobody knows what is actually creating results.
Different problems need different answers.
This is what I mean by looking at what is actually happening.
We build the plan early. Then we put it to work.
Build
We look at what you sell, who you are trying to reach, your sales goals, how customers currently find you and where the obvious gaps are.
Put it to work
You start implementing through the channels that make sense for your business: content, WhatsApp, referrals, outreach, advertising, partnerships, existing customers, walk-ins or other relevant channels.
See what happens
We look at what is actually happening. Are enough people seeing the offer? Are the right people responding? Are enquiries turning into useful conversations? Where are potential customers disappearing?
Improve
We strengthen what is working, diagnose weak points, improve the message, improve follow-up and make better decisions based on actual customer behaviour.

I do not want you to leave with another marketing document.
The goal is not to spend 12 weeks talking about marketing.
The goal is to build the plan, use it in your real business, bring back what happens, diagnose the weak points and improve it.
By the end of the coaching, you should understand much more clearly how your own business gets customers and what deserves your attention next.

Questions before you book.
Is this just another course?
No. The point is not to collect more lessons. The work is to build a practical plan for how your business gets seen, creates interest, handles enquiries, follows up and improves based on what happens.
Will this work for my type of business?
We start with your actual offer, customer, sales goal and channels. The plan can use Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, referrals, walk-ins, ads, partnerships, outreach or existing customers depending on what fits your business.
What if I have a small audience?
A small audience is not an automatic problem. We look at whether the right people are seeing the offer, whether the offer is clear, and what practical moves can create more useful attention.
What if I have already tried ads?
Ads can expose weak messaging, weak follow-up or a poor route from enquiry to conversation. We look at what actually happened so you are not guessing.
Is this only about social media?
No. Social media may be part of the plan, but the work is about how your business creates customer attention and turns more of the right attention into sales conversations.
Do I need to be good at marketing already?
No. You need to be willing to look honestly at what is happening, implement, bring back the results and improve with support.
How much is the program?
We will talk through the program details after we understand your business, what you sell, and whether the coaching is a good fit.
How do I join?
Schedule a meeting first so we can talk about your business and decide whether the program is a good fit. Come ready to share what you sell and what is currently happening with your sales.
